The pricing shown below is for estimation purposes only; some options shows in the pictures are not included in the base pricing.  Also, pricing may vary based on material cost and seasonal demands. You can discuss options with your Builder and your Structure can be customized to your personal needs.  Every Structure is custom build and the look may also vary based on each Builder’s signature touch. Some Structures are built in a modular fashion offsite and simply assembled onsite at your location. Smaller Structures can be built entirely offsite and can be picked up or delivered. For those adventuresome Parents that would we like to turn the building process into a shared event with their Children, we can build the entire Structure onsite at your location.  Depending on the age of your Children some may enjoy pounding a few nails and helping out with the painting. For those special Birthday or Holiday gifts, please inquire about our theme delivery. Yes, Santa is available each year for a few special deliveries on a first come, first serve basis.
